The New Moon solar Eclipse in Taurus 2014

As the moon begins to conjunct mercury and the sun, the emphasis is on practical matters and remains the centre of our attention over the last and following days, which is why we may be feeling a little overwhelmed with everything that needs to get done and accomplished in preparation for the coming seasons. Yesterday (Sunday)was split into two days for me, half a day of yard work the other half was out blazing some new trails by the grand river, where we live. It was quite the day.

I could go on and on about all the things I seen and discovered, but you really had to be there to see it your self.

They say the last time we had a Taurus lunar eclipse was in November of 1995 and May of 2004 so there may be some similarities to those times with the energy and feelings we are also experiencing today. I know in my own personal experiences they are completely unique and different, but I also know that during those times I was experiencing a lot of changes with and around the people around me. Basically coming to the realization of who is really there for me and who isn't. As Taurus falls directly in my seventh house of relationships, this only makes perfect sense really.

Wherever Taurus is falling in your chart you will be experiencing what is real and what isn't, what works and what doesn't. You will be keenly aware of those things that Taurus rules for you and know without a question of doubt what is most true.

I also discovered for myself, that because this sign is the opposing sign of my first house it is also effecting this area and go figure, the first house rules the body and I have had a sore throat for the last week on and off. Taurus rules the throat.

Anyway these are the kind of things that will be coming up for many people, and surprise surprise my dogs are hounding me for a walk and I still have a million more chores to catch up on from the weekend. Gotta love Monday solar eclipses ;)
